About Malaysia My Second Home (mM2H)
Malaysia My Second Home (Mm2h) Programme is promoted by the government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass.
The social visit pass is initially for a period of five (5) years, and is renewable.
Eligibility :It is open to citizens of all countries recognised by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. Applicants are allowed to bring their spouses and unmarried children below the age of 21 as dependants.

Benefits of MM2H

Freedom To Travel
5 years Social Visit Pass with Multiple Entry will be granted. There is no minimum stay requirement. You are free to enter and leave the country anytime.

Tax
Malaysia does not tax overseas income so any money transferred into the country will be tax free. However, there are regulations about reporting large transfers of money.

House Purchase
MM2H holder can purchase any unit of residential houses at a minimum price of MYR1,000,000 depending on the location of the property.

Education
Your children can receive education (up to age of 18) under MM2H study permit in public or private schools in Malaysia.

Investment
MM2H participants are allowed to invest and actively participate in business, subject to existing Government policies, regulations and guidelines which are in force for the relevant sectors.

Live-in Maid
You are allowed to apply for one foreign maid subject to the prevailing guidelines of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Parents’ Special Visa
Parents who are over 60-year old will be eligible to live in Malaysia under a special 6-month social visit visa renewable as long as your MM2H Pass is valid.

Healthcare
Advanced medical facilities are widely available to you in Malaysia. Part of your medical needs will be covered under the compulsory medical insurance.

Special Work Permit for Main Applicant
You can apply for 20 hour per week special work permit to work under the critical sectors subject to approval. (Age 50 & above only)
