Malaya Corporate Group Sdn Bhd provides corporate secretarial services, company incorporation, MM2H application assistance, and business consultancy in Malaysia. We are a private entity and not a government body.

2. No Government Affiliation

You acknowledge that Malaya Corporate is a private consultancy. While we facilitate applications to government agencies such as SSM, MOTAC, and CIDB, we do not have the power to guarantee approvals. Official fees paid to the government are separate from our professional service fees unless stated in a bundle package.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for company registration or visa applications.
  • Ensure all documents uploaded to the Malaya Corporate Client Portal are authentic and legally obtained.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your portal login credentials.

4. Professional Fees & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to change our professional fees at any time. Payment must be made in full before we commence any official filing with the authorities unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service Fees: Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (e.g., name search performed or documents drafted).
  • Government Fees: Fees already paid to government authorities (SSM, CIDB, etc.) are strictly non-refundable as per government regulations.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, a processing fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., RM100] may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Malaya Corporate Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delays in processing caused by government systems, changes in government policy, or incomplete documentation provided by the client. We do not provide legal or tax advice; our services are administrative and consultative.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and business templates, is the property of Malaya Corporate Group Sdn Bhd and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 of Malaysia to ensure your information is secure.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
