AZIZAM BIN AZIZAN @ Director
Azizam bin Azizan is a UiTM graduate in Corporate Administration with over 10 years of professional experience. He is a Certified Company Secretary accredited by the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries (MACS) (Membership No: MACS 1931 / Former LS 9977).
Beyond corporate compliance, he also serves as a Commissioner for Oaths, a Certified Trainer, and a Certified Islamic Planner. Currently, Azizam is a member of the MACS Digital & Branding Committee (2025–2026) and is pursuing a qualification with The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) to further elevate the firm’s professional standards.

Edmund Cheong Mun How is a MBA graduate from UTM with a strong foundation in banking and risk management. Edmund is a Licensed Company Secretary (SSM) Dan Pesuruhjaya Sumpah.
He spearheads the firm’s international division, specializing in MM2H, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and corporate advisory. With his extensive experience in the financial industry, Edmund is the primary strategist for expatriates and global investors establishing their business presence in Malaysia.
Hilmey Bin Md. Aris @ (Associate & Head of Accounting)
Hilmey is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Associate Member of IIAM with over 20 years of experience. He formerly served as CFO Dan Head of Internal Audit for major corporations including Mydin, Bernas, and Carrefour.
Currently serving as an Associate at Malaya Corporate Group, Hilmey leads the Accounting Division. He oversees all financial reporting, bookkeeping, ensuring clients’ accounts are accurate, compliant.
