Step 1: Get in Touch with Us!
Submit an online enquiry or email us to request our Official MM2H Information Pack, which includes detailed insights about the program, eligibility criteria, and our full range of services. Once you’ve reviewed the information, send us your initial documents for a free eligibility assessment by our expert team.

 Step 2: Submit Your Application Documents
To begin the official MM2H process, you’ll need to provide the following certified documents:
  • Letter of Application (from the main applicant)
  • Resume/CV of the main applicant
  • Recent passport-sized color photographs for each applicant (6 pcs each)
  • Copies of the main passport page for each individual
  • Certified Marriage Certificate (if applying with a spouse)
  • Certified Birth Certificates (for dependent children only)
  • A Criminal Clearance Letter or Certificate from a recognized government agency (e.g., a police report from your country of residence or citizenship) – required for all applicants
Important:
All documents must be certified as true copies by an Embassy, High Commission, or Notary Public.
Step 3 : Receive Your MM2H Conditional Approval Letter
Once your application is approved, the Malaysian Immigration Department will issue an MM2H Conditional Approval Letter.
This confirms your eligibility and allows you to proceed with the next steps in Malaysia.
 Step 4 : Prepare for Your Arrival in Malaysia

  • Open a fixed deposit account with a Malaysian bank
  • Complete a medical check-up at a registered clinic
  • Secure a valid medical insurance policy that covers you in Malaysia
