yang terikat dengan Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956 (Akta 197). Terdapat dua jenis perusahaan yang merupakan Pemilik Tunggal dan Perkongsian (Perniagaan dimiliki oleh dua (2) orang atau lebih tetapi tidak melebihi 20 orang).<\/p><p>Tidak ada status undang-undang untuk syarikat itu kerana ia adalah satu perniagaan pameran di mana pemilik dan perniagaan dianggap sebagai satu entiti. Pemiliknya akan menjalankan perniagaan dengan sendiri, kekayaan mereka ditentukan oleh seberapa baik mereka menjalankan perniagaan. Pemilik berhak dengan semua keuntungan yang dihasilkan oleh perniagaan kerana usaha dan kewangan adalah dari pemilik perniagaan. Namun, ingatlah bahawa syarikat tersebut tidak bertanggungjawab membayar cukai, kerana semua pendapatan akan dikenakan cukai secara peribadi kepada pemiliknya.<\/p><p>Biasanya pemula lebih suka mendirikan perniagaan perusahaan kerana menjaganya jauh lebih mudah dan lebih murah berbanding syarikat kerana tidak ada kewajiban untuk melantik setiausaha syarikat dan melakukan akaun yang diaudit.
