style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:150%\"><b><u><span lang=\"EN-US\">Reinstatement of a company <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:150%\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Based on Section 555 of Companies Act, any person who is not\nsatisfied by the decision of the Registrar to strike off their company, they\ncan apply to the Court to reinstate the name of the company into the register\nwithin seven years after the name of the company has been struck off<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:150%\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">If the Court satisfied that the company was at the time of the\nstriking off, carrying on business or in operation or otherwise that it is just\nthe name of the company be reinstated in the register, the Court may order\nthat:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:-18.0pt;\nline-height:150%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">1)<span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">The name of the company be\nreinstated<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:-18.0pt;\nline-height:150%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">2)<span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">Give such directions and make\nsuch provision as seem just for placing the company and all other persons in\nthe same position as nearly as may be as if the name of the company had not\nbeen struck off<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:150%\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Upon an office copy of the order is lodged with the Registrar, the\ncompany shall be deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had not\nbeen struck off<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e58ffee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
