dan sebelum mengambil pekerja yang mereka perlukan. Pengaturan pekerjaan, saraan atau gaji, kesejahteraan pekerjaan, proses perundingan, hubungan perdagangan, waktu operasi, perlindungan diskriminasi, undang-undang faedah atau gaji, pengambilan, jaminan sosial, dan kewajiban undang-undang lain semuanya harus ditindaklanjuti secara diberikan oleh majikan, yang hanya berlaku untuk:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Pekerja dengan gaji tahunan kurang dari RM2,000<\/li><li>Pekerja yang bekerja secara manual, tanpa mengira gaji mereka.<\/li><li>Pekerja yang bekerja dalam perkhidmatan atau pembaikan kenderaan yang digerakkan secara manual<\/li><li>Pekerja yang bertugas mengawasi atau mengawasi pekerja yang melakukan kerja manual<\/li><li>Pekerja yang bekerja di kapal dalam beberapa kapasiti (tertakluk kepada syarat lain)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967:<\/strong>\u00a0mengatur hubungan majikan-pekerja (termasuk kesatuan pekerja), serta penghindaran dan penyelesaian pertikaian.<\/p><p><strong>Akta Kesatuan Sekerja 1959:<\/strong>\u00a0Mengatur keanggotaan dan penubuhan kesatuan pekerja, serta tanggungjawab dan tanggungjawab mereka.<\/p><p><strong>Akta Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja 1991:<\/strong>\u00a0Kedua-dua kontraktor dan kebanyakan pekerja dikehendaki menderma ke dana simpanan yang diuruskan oleh kerajaan. Sumbangan dari warganegara asing yang bekerja di Malaysia dan juga pembantu rumah adalah sukarela.<\/p><p><strong>Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969:<\/strong>\u00a0memberikan faedah insurans pendapatan kepada semua pekerja sekiranya berlaku keadaan yang tidak dijangka, seperti kemalangan yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan. Majikan dan majikan dibenarkan oleh Akta untuk membayar kepada dana pada jumlah yang dinyatakan dalam Akta.<\/p><p><strong>Akta Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan 2017:<\/strong>\u00a0Sekiranya individu yang dilindungi kehilangan pekerjaan, skema ini merangkumi beberapa insentif dan perkhidmatan pengambilan pekerja semula, dan majikan dan kakitangan diminta membayar kepada dana dengan kadar yang ditetapkan.<\/p><p><strong>Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994:<\/strong>\u00a0mengenakan tanggungjawab yang luas kepada pekerja untuk memastikan keselamatan, kecergasan, dan kesejahteraan pekerja.<\/p><p><strong>Perintah Gaji Minimum 2020:<\/strong>\u00a0berdasarkan tempat kerja pekerja, memberikan jumlah gaji minimum berasingan yang terhutang kepada pekerja. Sekiranya seseorang memerlukan ubat dan perkhidmatan oleh hospital bukan panel, pekerja mesti membayar terlebih dahulu dan kemudian membuat laporan sesuai dengan Dasar Rancangan Kesihatan.<\/li><li><strong>Perundingan Pakar<\/strong>- Surat rujukan dari doktor panel perniagaan atau doktor pelawat In-Plant kepada perunding diperlukan untuk Konsultasi Pakar. Sesuai dengan Dasar Rancangan Kesihatan, Syarikat akan membayar Konsultasi Pakar.<\/li><li><strong>Subsidi Pergigian \/ Optik<\/strong>- Menurut Dasar Pelan Kesihatan, pekerja berhak mendapat perkhidmatan dan rawatan pergigian \/ optik.<\/li><li><strong>Manfaat bersalin<\/strong>- Menurut Dasar Rancangan Kesihatan, pekerja \/ pasangan berhak mendapat Cuti Bersalin (janji temu dan kelahiran selepas kelahiran \/ kelahiran).<\/li><li><strong>Manfaat kemasukan ke hospital &amp; pembedahan<\/strong>- Menurut Dasar Pelan Kesihatan, pekerja, satu pasangan yang sah, dan anak dewasa mereka layak mendapat faedah Rawat Inap dan Pembedahan.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Insurans Hilang Upaya \/ Hayat:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Kecacatan Keseluruhan &amp; Kekal: <\/strong>36 x gaji pokok bulanan.<\/li><li><strong>Kematian &amp; Kehilangan bahagian badan akibat kemalangan: <\/strong>36 x gaji pokok bulanan.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Cuti:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Cuti sakit: <\/strong>14 hari setahun untuk 2 tahun pertama perkhidmatan.<\/li><li><strong>Cuti bersalin: <\/strong>60 hari berturut-turut untuk kelahiran sehingga 5 anak yang masih hidup.<\/li><li><strong>Cuti isteri bersalin: <\/strong>Pekerja lelaki layak mendapat cuti 2 hari bekerja untuk kelahiran anak mereka sendiri sehingga 5 anak yang masih hidup.<\/li><li><strong>Cuti Perkahwinan: <\/strong>5 hari cuti untuk perkahwinan sah pertama bagi setiap pekerjaan.<\/li><li><strong>Cuti ehsan: <\/strong>3 hari bekerja berturut-turut atas kematian ahli keluarga terdekat mereka.<\/li><li><strong>Cuti perkahwinan anak: <\/strong>1 hari perkahwinan anak sah.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Pelan Pembelian Stok Pekerja:<\/strong>\u00a0Pekerja layak untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Pelan Pembelian Stok setelah 90 hari bekerja.<\/p><p><strong>Faedah lain:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Subsidi Faedah Pembelian Kenderaan<\/strong>- Syarikat akan memberi subsidi kepada tujuh puluh peratus pekerja (70%) dari faedah yang dikenakan setiap tahun.
